I wonder why does not UFC try to make at big events:

    1. more legend fights that fans wanted to see: ex: like they are doing now Arlovski vs Mir
    2. non-MMA trendy matchups: Karate champ of Japan vs Kung Fu Champ of China
    3. more fights for highlights and for the fans: Brown vs Condit

What is your opinion on this?

Meh. UFC has been run the same, nonstop, since at least 2005. I doubt it will change now.

Though I do like the idea of style vs style matchups.

And who are these Karate and Kung Fu champions? This isn't a karate tournament. It's not 1990 anymore.

It was an example ! It can be a Taekwondo champ vs Capoeira champ, or Judo vs BJJ.
