Cung le did the UFC a big favour - he got them off the hook on drug testing ;-).

Although i agree the UFC should not be managing the drug testing, they should look to "outsource" the NSAC in countries that do not have the resources. It only makes sense that the ufc also pay them to administer X number of random tests during the year.

I can't imagine why they ever planned on doing it themselves in the first place. With all the talk of them instituting year-round random drug tests starting in 2015, I always assumed they'd be contracting with a third-party do actually administer the testing. I don't know why that wasn't the plan or why that can't still be the plan, other than being cost-prohibitive.
