UFC counter-programming Bellator

aye they did it with SF also. next thing we know Bellator been bought by zuffa.
 
What about the show the week after that? and the week after that? and the week after that?

Yeah, they are primed to sink Bellator.

Bellator hardly sells tickets as it is and makes their undercard fighters sell tickets and docks their fight purse if they don't sell enough. They also resort to selling tickets buy one get 3 free.

UFC does not need to be there to hurt their ticket sales.

wow, you are right. Read a article a year or so ago that it was shelved. If the movie does not do well, Jim Carey's career is done...it will be the nail in the coffin regarding his career
 
Are those casinos on Indian reserves?

I always thought Casinos were banned in America, except for Las Vegas, and that place on the waterfront on the east coast of America.

I really doubt the UFC is bringing in anything but their run of the mill FN. Also it would be kind of a bad look for Bellator to go back on what they already announced for this card. I mean i know Bjorn likes to say that they are competitors but we've already seen what their PPV did to the surrounding cards so they should just stay the course on that card since they will probably be doing another PPV before the year is over.

Jim Carrey, much like GSP, Silva, and even Jones have nothing left to prove. They've come, they've conquered.

Haven't they only announced one fight? I doubt they'll do anything out of the norm.

Doesn't really change the fact that he hasn't had a hit movie since Bruce almighty, which was a decade ago, and now he is relegated to doing cameos and bit parts for movies starring actors who use to do cameos and bit parts for his movies!

The MW tournament and Ward/Irvin. Which is basically a Bellator card, maybe add a decent prelim or two.
