They also promote "Spanish heritage month", with guys that were born in the US and some barely speak some Spanish.

Not in the biggest tho, the real football. There's Pele from the past but other than that no one came close to the Top 5 or even Top 10 of the greatest of all time.

That's actually mind blowing, when you consider the amount of black football players.

African males as a minority in mma are a majority success. Like Jon Jones, Anderson, DJ, Izzy and Usman, Woodley etc. If you remove females and look at title defense records the top 10 is like 80% African / black males of whatever current nationality. Got NNN - Gane, Leon, Sterling, Hill at the top. Lots of reason for black pride in the UFC, simply p4p dominate vs total representation. I’m sure once more females come in they’ll also do well.
