UFC Atlanta Payouts: Rose $500k; Chisea, Usman $300k; Menifield $250k

I saw that earlier on Twitter it's wild rose made 200 more than Usman

Imagine being able to take private basket ball lessons from someone that was in the NBA for 7 years for $100/hr.
It’s significantly much more difficult to get into the NBA, NFL, NHL etc.

Lots of individuals makes it into the UFC via accepting short notice bouts and or circumstances.

Rose is payed okay, Usman way to low. Both are champions and are famous.
Still ufc paying way to low.

Guy has been in the UFC since I was in high school and I can't remember a single moment from his career.
I remember something....wait....two guys face each other in octagon....and....third dude is there...probably referee or something and...fuck...thats all.

At the very least, UFC fighters should be starting at 25k/25k. There’s simply no justification for #PowerSlap competitors earning more than professional MMA athletes at the highest level. The disparity in damage alone makes the comparison absurd.

Take Moutinho, for example — he fortunately only absorbed three head strikes in his most recent outing (not counting the one delivered by the canvas due to the absence of a designated catcher). But if we’re being honest, his bout with O’Malley was the equivalent of enduring sixty slap matches in one night, disregarding the damage to his body and legs. Add another 6 for his fight with Guido Cannetti. And for what? After taxes, training expenses, and medical costs around 20k?

If he instead took part in the damage equivalent of 67 slap matches, he would be a millionaire by now. Slap athletes are out here paying off mortgages, meanwhile entry-level UFC fighters are struggling just to cover camp fees while driving Uber Eats on the side.

It’s embarrassing.

Ochoa is on that 2014 10k/10k plan.
At least he got a 50k bonus.

Yeah, I thought base was 12/12 but I guess someone in the back thought that was a little too much and they put it at 10/10.

Thats really sad yet really hilarious at the same time, what a bunch of cheap bastards lmao no wonder any weight class you have to be a normal sized human in is destitute of talent and full of fat slobs..

2 airbenders Chiesa and McGee should show their altruism and share their pays among other fighters of the card

I have friends that have played in the NBA, NFL, NHL and 2 boxing champs. The UFC fighters are the only ones struggling.

A 50% revenue split would have multiplied every fighters career earning by 250%.

But then we wouldn't get blackjack vlogs and Dana having the capability to bet $1 million on Jermain Taylor to beat Kelly Pavlik followed by Taylor getting demolished.

Holy fuck they still got guys on 10/10 contracts!

Unreal.
$20k is literal peanuts in 2025, even to a Peruvian.

What year were the 10K/10K starting pays introduced, it seems weird it hasn't gone up.

Cody being on 275K with potential win bonus?

That's wild when comparing to Usman 300K flat.
