News UFC and Turki Alalshikh Team With Director Zack Snyder for MMA Movie "Brawler"

Did you think about how stupid this was and still typed it, or just realizing it now that I'm quoting it?
Read the comic before the movie. Comic ending was fucking stupid.

Manhattan WAS already being framed in the comic for giving people cancer, something that was both affecting him emotionally, but also hitting his reputation, to get him off Earth and out of the way long enough for Veidt's plan to be successful with Manhattan's agreement to not intervene and leave Earth again. Really, the same result came from a much less suspension-of-disbelief way in the film.

And it's not like the movie extra ruined Manhattan's rep all that much when he was already uncompromising enough to destroy Rorschach and functionally aide Ozymandias in the destruction. He literally is an antagonistic force by the end, so it's really not a big deal that the country who was starting to find out how dangerous and obstacles he was turn their ire to the guy who actually was complicit in the antagonism.

I liked Redbelt, although that was less MMA and more "classic path of the hero"

LOL at Never Back Down being the highest point of MMA.
"It's mixed martial arts! MIX THEM!"

I would rather watch 3 grown men share a rocket pop than watch a movie about MMA
