UFC and MMA in OZ

Hi Guys, I wouldnt normally post something like this as it's not really 'news', but i thought this article gives a great snapshot of why MMA in Australia is about to get as big as it is in the US and even Brazil.

Lots of factors showing why the sport will boom in 2015 here.

Also australia doesn't have monster population like those 2

Its nothing that hasn't been happening year after year in Australia. The growth rate has slowed in Australia and while still growing, I don't think 2015 is going to be anything special compared to other years.

The exception to that is getting the UFC into Victoria. Will this have a flow on effect to the local scene. Too early to tell.

What is needed is a genuine Aussie title challenger that the public can get behind.
