UFC and baldy could easily get out of the situation with Lesnar/Hunt

By openly saying that they WILL fine Lesnar and Jones for failed tests.

But whether they actually would do it or not its up to them, and none of us would really find out whether they been really finned, isn't it?. Just give media, fans and fighters clear message that they are fined. End of story.

Hunt wouldn't be ranting, Lesnar and Jones would be happy cuz they wouldn't be fined anyway...

 

Hunt would still be ranting over fake fines, because he wants that money to go to him.

 

UFC doesn't have the power to do that

 

On one hand we routinely accuse Dana White of lying (and criticizing Zuffa for lack of transparency), so we're actually going to recommend it? Nah, not a good idea, IMO.

Yeah, Hunt wants that money, and he wants real action. This solution provides none of that.

The basic idea is not bad though. Basically, make it look like the UFC gives a shit, disapproves of what Lesnar did, and is holding him accountable.

Instead, we've heard very little from the UFC on this, which is what is pissing Hunt off.

it still hasn't been proven either are guilty. Why would the ufc pass judgement before the AC pass judgement.

This is a stupid idea also. The ufc should not be fining anyone, that is the job of the ACs.

 

The UFC made a big mistake by hiring USADA to handle their drug testing. They could've gone the route of the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, been just as legit as the four majors with finding cheaters, and avoided the nightmare they're currently facing.
