UFC already dropping the ball on #200

A nontitle immediate rematch? Is this supposed to be important? Are they just trying (successfully) to make sure Conor has all his mojo destroyed? Because that's what's going to happen.. Is this supposed to be the main event? Yawn. A Connor title defense would matter, this doesn't.

Mousasi v Anderson was right there. Could have been the co-co-main on a crazy stacked card with a Conor title fight at the top. Instead the ufc is going to continue to try and push Hall because he will win less than half his fights in the top 40 via explosion, while getting owned in the other over half. Pointless pushing of a guy, again. Imho.

How is RDA? 200 should have been more like:

Conor v Frankie-title
RDA v Diaz-title
Cyborg v Holm
Anderson v Mousasi
Brunson v Hall

Maybe throw on a 6th fight, because it's 200. Whoever doesn't get the title shot between Jakare and Vitor. This card should be stacked. Very, very stacked. It's shaping up pretty meh so far.
 
Belts don't matter. It's all about the numbers and nothing will top Conor vs Diaz.
 
If they put 2 title fights AND this no-sense rematch, I'm ok with that

They could both still be on the poster. If they both WON, you could do a rematch with conor once again trying to become the first two belt holder. You also get RDA a bump by having him fight on that card in that spot. It really helps both belts doing it my way. And with the way the ufc thinks, they should keep the prestige with their titles.

Thought I was the only one hoping for Lawler/GSP instead of Lawler/Nate. Good dream card.
 
Just the UFC trading credibility for numbers leading up to the big buyout

Conor is never going back to 145. He's never planned on going back to 145. No one starts putting on weight like he did if they're moving back down again.

Letting him pretend to keep the title this long just so he can get an asterisk on wikipedia is a fucking shame.

Probably even better.

Hell, Lawler v Maia, and GSP v Lombard in a title eliminator would have been pretty great. GSP should make sure he wants to come back.
 
After announcing Conor vs Diaz rematch, the next logical step is Kimbo vs Royce Gracie.
 
I heard Dana put Ronda on an intravenous diet hoping to get her weight down so she can fight at #200 and win her belt back from Tate....

Let's not get things twisted because Nate gave the business to Conor he needz to do work @155 before seeing RDA again.

I can see that happening maybe now that you mention it... What two titles though? WW & what? It was supposed to be WW & FW...but that looks like a no :mad:
 
If two title fights go with this fight then yeah it's good. Hopefully Lawler and Rda defend on this card.
 
Yes, Mousasi vs. Anderson or Bisping should've been swing fight under 2 title fights for 200....
