Thats a good way to handle this....and the fact that it was been taken to this level will certainly make the fighters more aware and skeptical to use PED's. I think the other side of this is the punishment if caught....in order for the whole program to be effective that needs to be serious as well.

I think the UFC will clean things up...however, with time and the new system there will always be those that will find some way to get around it. Happens with almost everything.
