UFC 306 has to be the weakest PPV fight card ever..

I think it's a pretty solid card for a modern card. There are several fights I want to see which is better than something like last night where there are zero. If any card has more than 2-3 good fights, it's a miracle these days.

You got Grasso and Salty Val on there too, that's as marquee of a title fight for womens as it gets. The two title fights are great with Ortega/Lopes which will be a great fight. Overall a solid PPV.

Bingo, it's a Mexican themed card so expect those fighters there.

Mexican fans would much rather watch a good fight with non-Mexican fighters than watching these Mexican cans fight. Or get this…maybe even have UFC Noche in Mexico rather than having it be a Saudi sponsored event in Vegas.

Sounds more like an excuse to cheap out on the card by the UFC by filling it with bums.

Don't get me wrong Mexico is finally pumping out good fighters especially in the lower weight classes but there's still not a lot of Big name Mexican fighters. Prime Cain would have been insane in the Sphere

I love the main event simply because it's a match up with the clear top 2 in the division currently. But even that match up lacks the star power as Merab is not really a name outside of hardcore fans and Sean isn't as big a name as he thinks he is.

I respect the skills of the ladies in the co main but I just don't have much interest in WMMA simply because there's just not enough talent, the level of competition is just too shallow.

Ortega-Lopes should be a fun fight. Aside from the main event that's the only fight I'm looking forward to.

I dont know any of the other fighters on the card I'm gonna be honest.. I've seen a little bit of Zelhuber but the rest have no clue.

It lacks serious star power and heavy hitters.. For a " one time spectacle" it's a shame this is what they putting out.

I always remember 209 as the worst case of forced wmma ever as 2 women both making their debut somehow got put in the THIRD fight on a ppv main card. Just couldn't remember what the rest of the card was and didn't check

Its def lacking and needed two more bigger main card fights imo like Yair or Cejudo or Moreno and you'd have had a great main card.

It's weak and 308 is STACKED..... Why is 306 the one in the sphere? Ilia and Max should be headlining and the rest of that card is the most stacked PPV in a long ass time I mean look at that card for 308 and it's not even done yet

306 is weak BECAUSE it's the one in the sphere. They wanted to theme it around Mexico and thats why it's a weak card. They are tryna sell you some lame ass experience where seats rattle and the Mexican clapping hat song plays between fights, rather than you know, making a good MMA card.

Themed cards suck. Which is why I hate being Canadian so much because they load my cards up with Gillian Robertsons and jasmine juvidicias or whatever

Both guys come to fight. Ode has mostly either finished or been finished in the UFC. Lazy Boy is mostly the same, though he's only just gotten to the UFC recently. It's a good fight to me.

That said, I'm not sure why that's getting a main card slot over some of the other fights.
