how many title defences did Fig have when he lost? How many title defences did Moreno have when he lost? An immediate rematch should be exclusively for long standing champs, else you end up with this bullshit where they’re on their fourth fight against each other, holding the division up.

dont know why people complain about this fight, its right fight to make and others were good.
being the main event of a PPV is not good though, it should be co main or third title fight on this card but oof, thats a rough one. This is more of a fight night than a PPV.
I know timing wise it isnt working out but Brazilians must be pissed knowing the kind of card they could get and instead get this. no alex/izzy or Glover LHW title fight or Charles, Aldo retired, no Costa/Whittaker, no Nunes etc.
While there are some good fights its just not a big PPV return to Brazil it should be esp when you look at the return to Aus and what they will get and then UK gets a PPV that will probably be stacked.
