UFC 265, headliner & location TBD?

It seems like they wanted to do Ngannou vs Lewis 2 in Houston, but we're 7 weeks * Ngannou & the UFC aren't on the same page yet. If Ngannou holds out for Jones or just doesn't want to fight in early August, what should the UFC do? So far:

Nunes vs Pena
Luque vs Chiesa
Aldo vs Munhoz
Torres vs Hill 2
Yadong vs Kenney

Not that great. They could:

-Pay Rose or Shevy for a quick turnaround

-Try to add a big co-main like Gaethje/RDA

-Pay Nick to do the Lawler rematch?

Those are the only options I can think of. Izzy, Moreno, Olveira just fought. Usman doesn't want to fight Colby & already fought twice in 2021. Aljo is hurt. Jan & Volk booked for 266.

Any other ideas?

Yeah Ngannou won't fight soon.... I think Lewis will fight Volkov vs Gane winner, and Ngannou will fight Stipe for trilogy ( maybe in January )

I think you're getting way too granular here, you need to look at the bigger picture
