The pay in MMA honestly isnt bad at all. Five or six figures for one 15-25 min fight and the talent pool is so small that your chances of making it to the UFC are significantly higher than any other major sports league.

I love how some feel some are paid too much others are paid so little. I just can't be that judgmental of someone's pay in that sport.
I want all of them to be paid better. It will be an ongoing battle for fighters getting their increase of the percentage of revenues. I feel it will happen. Not as fast as any of us would like and the discussions and light directed on it should spur actions to unite and get it done.
