Cool story bro
But but....2 MILLIONS!
"UFC is dying bro!"
"Khabib isn't a draw!"
Those are great numbers in the middle of day. There are boxing cards who would kill to have those numbers in prime time. The Charlo bro’s did a stacked PPV a few weeks ago in primetime and they didn’t even come close to this.
Day card, big soccer game on at same time, pandemic, more excuses, etc..
obviously not great
Even Tony vs Gaethje did better.
your also comparing two guys new to PPV to one of the biggest UFC stars in the world.
Like if Fury-Wilder had done 500k instead of 1million+ than it would be a better comp
Good numbers seeing how much a ppv costs.
Disappointing numbers imo
Pretty good in the ESPN+ era I guess
How many bars were playing it for like a noon showtime? Probably not as many as usual.
Tony is a bigger draw than Khabib confirmed
Khabib is p4p best but there was no proof he was this big ppv draw.
And yet media is saying Khabib is as big as McGregor lmao..
i think the single biggest factor was the time of day.
i knew people "so excited for the fight tonight!" hours after it was over.
