Frankie may be so outsized that it somehow benefits his attributes (exchanging in the pocket while ducking return fire and hitting takedowns are actually easier to execute for the shorter fighter against lanky strikers) and gives him a path to victory.

Buuuuuut that's being extremely optimistic considering his age and layoff.

Against Faber maybe? But yeah, he's typically giving up height/weight/reach. But for his style, it potentially serves him well.

But he has to be firing on all cylinders the whole bout to win while also avoiding the danger of getting inside safely.
 
cyborg fight is only one im interested in. the girls have been putting much better fights in then the men...
 
She definitely looks more grade school teacher than MMA fighter.

To this day, I'm blown away that he performed so well at 55. He just had the speed and footwork to turn fights into wars of attrition and made the most of his skills. With the drop to 45, I think those advantages diminished over the years
