How do you guys see TJ Dillashaw vs Cody Garbrandt 2 playing out?

Obviously I'm a TJ fan but the way TJ performs in rematches and constantly improving makes me confident that TJ will win. It's a razor thin fight. TJ has the power, the kicks, and fight iq to win again by the same result assuming he stays defensively responsible

I thought Cody showed he's faster than TJ in the first fight. I think it mostly depends where Cody is mentally/physically and what he's learned from the first fight. No idea the answers to any of those, so I'll take TJ until proven wrong, but no way I'd put money down.

In a straight shootout, Cody has the advantage to win. TJ was simply able to adapt in between rounds and that's how he got it.

Both fighters can probably beat each other 5-5 if they were to fight ten times.

The first one was awesome... Just hoping that it is on the same level. Just ... Let them Bang.... someone will be sleeping.

Yeah this fight is really close, I think this fight showed that TJ has big power too and how fast Garbrandt is.

Cody wins. I personally think he's an edge above Dillashaw in overall skill set, he just needs to adapt to that one mistake he made last fight. He had TJ on rubbery legs in the first.

I just hope my prediction from a few months ago comes to pasture: Cody wins, then calls out Mighty Mouse for a fight at 125 and beats him to become a two-weight champion (obviously MM has to get through Cejudo again first.)

No disrepect but I hope TJ fulfills this prophecy instead

Cody's camp is holding him back. Team Alpha Fail is a joke, TJ left those bums and look where he is now.

It really depends on what adjustments Cody has made, if any. TJ’s corner saved him after the first round. Cody needs to do something different, I feel like TJ has him figured out, or at least holds a powerful mental advantage over him.

All that being said, if I were to place a bet, I think I would go with Cody. He’s the younger of the two, but he is also the more chinny fighter. I’m excited for this rematch, it could go either way, but it is sure to be a great scrap.

Oh yea the double rematch Main, Co-Main, kinda ugh but ok.

TJ & DJ both win and still don't fight each other.

Not that there is anything wrong with that...

TJ's kicks will be the deciding factor and his one biggest advantage.

I think TJ will use his fight iq to land one of his many strikes. Garbrandt is fast but TJ has power too. This firefight has no hope of going the distance and that is rare at the lighter weight classes

If the fight happens it needs to be made at 135. DJ has history in that division and it's less risky for his legacy. Also, DJ deserves the opportunity to become double champ more than TJ does.

Ufc 227 death is approaching

tj confused cody for the high kick, so if cody learned from that.. this fight will get interesting.

The latter part of my comment was more of a jab at the overall climate of that whole situation.

I would be good with it at either weight class or not at all. MM has no obligation to take that fight. They should make it worth his while if it happens....but he is overestimating his worth as well.

Anyhow though again not pleased with the rematches, I have no doubt the scraps will be good. DJ is more of the shoe in but Cujudo was has been looking decent. TJ vs Cody is more of a question mark to me. I still believe TJ takes him again, I feel he has more weapons.

As a TJ fan I fear he will lose and not get an immediate rematch even tho he would deserve one as much, if not more so than Cody.

Technically its a close fight but TJ seems to have more tricks where as Cody is quicker on the counter and carries more power. TJ may come in over-confident or Cody may come back like shook Ngannou. I have no idea what to expect.

Hoping Cejudo can make the MM fight competitive or even win. But I'm just as excited for Gust/Volkan & Moicano/Cub as I am the 125 title fight.
