I don't think fighters realize that nobody gives a shit how they feel about it. If you need the extra 6 hrs to rehydrate then you shouldn't be cutting that much weight. Move up a class or actually diet to cut the weight correctly. This balloon up and then destroy your body for s week shit has to stop

Most fighters aren't complaining about re-hydration. But they like getting the process out of the way early so they can relax for the rest of the day/night. Many are also pointing out they don't like the fact that its a small number of fighters who are missing compared to the vast majority of fighters who aren't. Why should they be punished because a few fighters can't get their shit together?
 
So far everyone's been on weight,a bunch haven't weighed in including Yoel but Robert was on point and looked good.Wow Rashad just weighed in at 205...I had no clue these 2 MW's were fighting at LHW.I don't think Smith has ever fought at LHW,if he has it was early in his career and even fought at 175 a few years back vs Josh Neer.

I just want to see if Yoel makes weight so I can stop watching.
 
Clauia Gadelha weighed in at 116 naked..No incidents =/

Tai weighed in at 261 which makes me think he's not cutting to make 265 anymore which is a good sign with the extra weight he carries.

RDA looked thinner than I expected but not bad (169) Guy must have been killing himself to make 155.
