He popped in his debut in UFC when he was a nobody, which implies he definitely was on stuff before he was being drug tested, and might do it again for important fights if he risked it in his debut. Also someone could be on PEDs their whole career and only pop once because of human error in their cycle.

Also lets not forget the legalized cheating known as extreme weight cutting, he came into the cage almost a welterweight at 164lbs for this 145lb fight against a guy who can't be above 150 tops. USADA got him for a diuretic, the idea that he can still cut 20lbs without any ill effects the next day is a little suspect.
