I do both Olympic lifts and powerlifting. So I like watching others who do as well. It's cool seeing relatively small people pulling and lifting the amount of weight these athletes are doing.

If about 15% body fat is fat, yes. On my final week of a several month long bulk. Started at 163, now 197 lbs. Eating a few extra cookies is nice and it will be hard going back to maintenance soon and then dieting down when you are so used to eating a certain amount for so long.
