UFC 2012 statistics-AKA most wins, GJ most decisions, Alpha Male most finishes

I love the decision/finish metrics on Jackson. Team Runaway

Pretty interesting stuff...does little to help Jackson's reputation on sherdog though lol

I don't really care about all the numbers. Out of 31 events, I'm wondering if I watched every single one. Pretty sure I did but I'd have to see a card by card listing

But stats don't tell the whole story!...

This, percentage doesn't mean shit if we don't have the numbers. Any 3rd grader knows that.

The whole data is flawed. Look, a gym with 1000 losses and 1 win by KO would finish 100% of their fights, way above those decision based Alpha males...

So decision automatically equals 'win by running away point fighting bitch strategy', huh?

Don't matter to me if its a finish or decision.

Jackson's MMA fighters win a high % of their fights. That is all that matters.

I'm just personally getting sick of the idea that a decision is proof positive that a fighter is either a 'runnerbitch', a 'coward', a weakling, or just all around inferior, and how decision wins are becoming seen as wholly illegitimate or some shit.

52% of the fighters that fought in the UFC came from just 9 camps. This means something... I'm just not sure what exactly...

Thanks for sharing TS.
