So this was trending to be a monster PPV successes right ? and now the Main Event was scrapped!
But I'm thinking that this isn't necessary a massive failure for the UFC the press is going crazy with this the word of UFC 200 is all over with this news and remember good or bad publicity it's still a WIN, people are talking about it the ideas are being put it so maybe just maybe some new eyeballs will be tuning in to replace the ones lost.. just because they are curious to see how this things will turn out.
I'm also thinking that DC will have a new opponent and turned into a Co-Main.. not sure if for the belt or if a catch-weight of 215-220 lbs with no belt and only 3 rounds.
So we have mad press and publicity now with the news flying everywhere then soon they find a replacement and set up the DC fight again the news will fly out and bring more last minute curiosity and attention.
So could this be a possible blessing in disguise for that all alluring 2 mill mark PPV buys and new record for the UFC ?
Or a fail.. well it will still do 1+ mill buys but seriously take away from the show and it lost to much by the change ?
