One judge scored it 28-27. I'm just wondering how...What happened?

A. Fell asleep before the fight and just took a guess at what happened.

B. Didn't properly fill out the ballot. (hanging chad)

C. Spent a few rounds winking at ring girls instead of watching the fight.

D. Angles and lighting bro.

must have fallen asleep for the last two rounds too

It was a 5-round fight, one judge scored it 48-47 and the other two 49-46.

I'd have to re-watch to objectively score it, but Aldo deserved at least 3 rounds. Nowhere near a questionable decision.

wasn't too memorable

Thanks rum, nobody really earned the first round imo, but I had no clue what other round Edgar could've taken.

I gave it 3-2 for Aldo, don't remember which rounds, I remember thinking He clearly had 3 rounds and Edgar had 1 clearly, with another round being really close that I think I gifted to Edgar for some reason

I was rooting for Frankie hard, so I had my bias goggles on, and after 3 rounds I looked more frustrated than Edgar did, which is saying a lot.

At least he scored it for the right person. Every event we see something far worse. Just in the last event, we saw one judge score it 49-46 for Bruce Leroy in a fight he clearly lost to Yair Rodriguez. Such is life in the fight business.

It was complete domination by Aldo. I don't even remember Edgar landing anything. He got rag dolled so many times I actually felt bad for him. Never thought I'd see him get such a beating.

So yeah, that judge was on drugs for sure.
