All I see on Sherdog is everyone talking about 198 and 200. Yes, 198 is warranted today because it's just a few days away, but I assure you, I've seen nonstop clamoring for the past month about 198 > 200.

But how about that 199 fight card:

UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold vs. Chris Weidman
UFC Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz vs. Urijah Faber
Max Holloway vs. Ricardo Lamas
Dan Henderson vs. Hector Lombard
Bobby Green
vs. Dustin Poirier

BJ Penn vs. whoever (hopefully BJ's return doesn't get scrapped).

I mean, BJ's return will be on the prelims. Clay Guida as well, except I don't care for his fights, but I know many do. That's how stacked this card is. Why is no one talking about this? IMO this card is on par 198 with Anderson Silva, and better than 198 without. Hopefully no injuries for this one.

BTW I've underlined my picks for the W, let me know if you object. ;)

I don't think its flying under the radar, its just that UFC 198 is this week and everybody are talking about it.

I object.

Its a good card, i said that from day one. Theres so much hype around 198 and 200 that everyone overlooks this one.

The hype will build up for it after UFC 198 passes imo. There's just a lot of big cards coming up and UFC 199 is falling to the side for the time being.

I'm glad Faber/Cruz is happening and not Cruz/Dillashaw 2. The trilogy needs to happen before Cruz injures one of his bum knees again.

And I hated the main event rematch at first to, starting to come around to it now though.

I agree with all your victories except for Bobby Green. War Poirier

It's a better card on paper than UFC 198. Shogun and bam bam are on 198.

Anybody else picking Lamas to beat Holloway? Has Holloway proven that he can cope with a decent wrestler because I can't get out of my head how he was taken down and controlled by McGregor. I want Holloway to win but think Lamas might be too strong physically for him.

So pumped to be going to this card.

Rockhold Weidman is gonna be amazing in person.

My boy Max getting closer and closer to that title shot too. Cruz Faber is gonna be cool.

If Hendo lands an H Bomb on Lombard I'll lose my shit

Flying under the radar, huh? I hope it doesn't bomb. We need anti-aircraft guns or else they better start flying higher by golly...

It looks amazing, and with Silva now injured I'm much more excited for 199 than I am for 198.

Exactly my thinking. Was more hyped for 198 then 200, now with Silva injured I'm more hyped for 199 then 198.

i'm taking Lamas too. Lamas beat some top guys, on the other side Max hasn't fought top 5 of the division. He has one fluke injuy win, one not that good performance against Stephens and decent win in Swanson (but who i believe wasn't with the same hunger after Edgar fight) in top 10

But i think Max's TDD is good

Faber getting the title shot is pretty awful, but besides that it's a great card.

I am. Just keep in mind everyone loses their shit and overrates a good striker on a decent win streak despite not facing any good grapplers. And people forget how much of a beast grappler lamas is. Only people who have beat him have been elite wrestlers with superior stand up.
