I agree, Maia is a headliner. The undercard was pretty stacked, one could argue more so than the main card.
Very entertaining fights

Also it could have been Conor that brought a lot of new fans to the UFC in general.

I already addressed that in another thread.

Those guys are names now...but they weren't back then. Rumble was 2-2 after that fight, that was CB's 2nd ufc fight, cains 2nd ufc fight, franca was going down hill, etc.

It only looks like a good card in hindsight because rumble just had a title shot, cb went on a run, cain was champ and Frankie became champ.

Also, that card was 7 years ago.

this ppv had 5-6 former champs on it.....your card had 1 champ.

Cain was only 3-0 at the time with 1 UFC fight.

CB Dolloway was 0-1 in the UFC.

Frankie was coming off a loss and away from title contension.

Anthony Johnson only had 6 fights and was 2-1 in the UFC.

Fans today would s*** on the card.
