Dana is the promoter, his opinion matters more than the websites who make the list. If Dana feels that Barao is his best fighter then he is.

This respected source states that Henderson was paid 100K (not 50K) to show. Still well below the 250K to show that he made at UFC 157 against Machida. Well documented that he took a pay cut on his last contract. That last contract was taking the money without a win bonus attached.
