About to take command

How awesome is that

West Point honor graduate, ranger school graduate, total beast physically and mentally

What the Army is trying to do here is seed infantry with female officers before bringing female privates into the mix, to facilitate integration because everything starts from the top, not a bad strategy once you think about it

I always thought that the better idea would be to have separate male and female infantry units and then have them work together and integrate down the line, to minimize harassment and hazing of females in all male units which would be sure to occur

But you bet your behind the Army put a lot of thought and research into this strategy

Just keep standards the same and go on, business as usual. I don't get it. It all feels forced to me.

She must be a bad ass. Good for her. I've known a couple awesome female soldiers.

Who cares. She's just another person in the army.

Why should she get more props than anyone else?

Assuming that she's a Captain, she will assume charge of an entire company. I don't know any Company Commanders that have lat moved into the infantry. Hopefully, they stick her in H&S until she gets some experience.

She looks like she might clean up well. :)

They dont need to keep the same standards simply create gender based squads and batallions and keep them on reserve.

As a person who served in the us army infantry I say fuck this nonsense. I can't wait till this circus act is over with, putting lives at risk to fit the fucking narrative. Muh Womenz power. Fuck right off and fuck west point.

How many pull-ups can she do, though?

lol. Not many I guarantee you. But in her defense overall fitness and conditioning and most of all heart are more important these days. The likelihood of her engaging hand to hand combat are very slim. If WW3 hits though, this gender shit will disappear ASAP.

Not sure if I am reading this correctly, but it looks like they are also looking at opening up military draft to include women

House panel votes to make women register for the draft

I always laugh at the idea of a draft. It is required by law for everyone 18-26 to register. How many people do you know, or have you ever met that actually registered?

I would love to see the US government try and enforce this stuff. We would have open revolution the next day.

The only way to know what would happen is if there ever was one!

True, but based on the idea behind slowly turning up the heat on a boiling frog, versus turning it up quickly, and the response each method gives, I could give a pretty good guess.
