Tyron Woodley needed a Colby Covington

This is a great way for Tyron Woodley to win over some fans who have turned against him due to his constant race baiting and boring performances. All the Colby haters will now cheer for Tyron now. I mean look at the kind of reception RDA was getting, he was getting more support and cheers than the time he was champ. Crazy. It also gives Tyron an opportunity to go for the kill and finally let those hands go to make a real statement.

The build up to this fight is going to be great for both guys imo. I can't wait for this fight!

Definitely a strong possibility. I knew Colby was going to beat RDA with his relentless pressure but Tyron's wrestling and take down defense is too legit and he has real lights out knock out power. I have Tyron winning but I'm rooting for Colby to win.

I got Colby. Said he would beat Maia and RDA and will beat woodley. Not because I like him or anything but he's a cardio machine which is #1 thing in MMA and Tyron is definity not one. He survives as champ because guys are scared of him.

There's no way he knocks Tyron out but I can see him out pressuring him and winning by split or UD. I think Woodley's gas tank is a little suspect and RDA has incredible conditioning and is a great pressure fighter himself, so if he is able to do that to him he can do that to Woodley as well and break his will in the championship rounds. I feel the first two rounds are going to be the most dangerous for Colby, so if he is able to survive those two rounds then he has a strong chance of winning a decision.

Never thought of it that way, but I could see it happening a bit.

Thank you for changing my mind. I honestly gave Colby close to 0% chance against Tyron as possible, now it's more like 5-15%.
