Woodley isn't a draw, there's no reason to have him fight Bisping. Woodley can't even win a fight convincingly in his own division as champion, Maia is approaching old age and has earned his title shot.

Bisping is ducking Jacare and Romero, both Romero and Jacare have done more to earn their title shots than any other MW Title holder or challenger in UFC History...Jacare and Romero are also approaching infertility. Bisping already had 1 gimmee fight he nearly lost vs 14th ranked 45 yearold dan Henderson, now he wants to fight a Welterweight that's been retired for 3 years?
