I've noticed recently that the bagels and bread I eat have a decent amount of protein in them. I was curious as to what type of protein this is. Does anyone know?

I don't have your bagels in front of me, why don't you tell us what the ingredients are?

well it says like unenriched wheat flour and the last ingredient is soy so should i assume its a soy based protein? my only question then is if there is 9g of protein per bagel how can soy be the last ingredient with so much of it in the bagel. almost every other ingredient was some form of preservative or sugar/ basic baking ingredient
