As usual, i guess.
However, previously, all i really heard from him was dumb metaphors. Or that he “wasn’t really in the cage and he was watching himself lose”.
He was on Helwani saying that he has been training a lot of psychology and mental stuff before the Vicente fight, saying he has to go back to just being violent and not being so overly cautious and tactical. Focus on the fight in question and not what may come after, etc.
I didn’t really buy it last few times because he was fighting primarily grapplers. Vicente isn’t going to shoot 1 TD on Saturday night, he is going to bang. Woodley has to beat him or his time with the UFC and potentially MMA is up for good.
All that being said, Luque is one of the most durable guys in the division and Woodley may lose some confidence if he lands and Vicente shakes that shit off
