Its not difficult in the slightest. Just ask a mod to help and they will do it if you cant.

You can just go into your account settings and change your email. A guy earlier in this thread did that and said it was ridiculously easy

Alright, so I’ve just got one last major hurdle: I do not have a clue what my password is anymore. It’s just automatically saved on my phone. About three years ago I tried logging in on my laptop and had to give up after not being successful in logging in using any of my usual go to passwords that I use for everything else.

Ok that's a hurdle. Maybe go to the support forum and ask for a mod's help. They'll probably be handling many cases like yours in the next week

Isn't your password located in your account info under password? Mine is.
