Quoting Bob shamrock.

"Ken beats frank hands down no question ask. "

Agree or not?

Like both, prefer Ken. Frank was an animal and beat tito. But at different times. People don't seem to realise

Prime frank vs gsp would be good. I think gsp wins, but would be good.

Prime Ken would be HW champ today

What on earth is happening right now?

Frank don't get the credit he deserves, without frank there wouldn't be gsp

Lol no. Frank though smaller is so much better than Ken in every facet, standing up, grappling, Ken might have been stronger though.

Frank was way more well rounded, he was ahead of his time. He was one of the first truly well rounded MMA fighters.

Frank destroys any version of Ken and Prime Ken would get destroyed by any top 10 fighter above 155 lbs.

GSP destroys both of them put together

Not grappling. Every time they rolled Ken won.

Strength plus grappling I think Ken wins. Frank had better cardio and stand up but that don't mean nothing. Ken takes him down owns him

Ken was a powerhouse submission monster in his prime, and Frank later became more well-rounded and the prototype for the modern multi-dimensional mixed martial artist (with cardio as a factor). It would've been interesting to see if Frank's better skill set would've usurped Ken's power and catch wrestling.

But in actuality, there was never a perfect time to make this fight happen. Ken's prime was 1993-1997 before he went to the WWF and got juiced to the gills, and Frank's prime was 1997-1999. By the time they got around to talking about fighting, it was the mid-2000s and way past both guys' primes.

They weren't best of friends later in their career, so they might have rolled when they were young. But frank clearly kept evolving and became a quite legit grappler where as Ken kind of phoned it in at the end. Frank could work of his back, pretty much any position really, where as Ken was kind of one note.

Nice post. Well rounded and not biased lol

Frank should be a UFC commentator. Maybe after Dana gets ousted.

Ken used to tool Frank in practice every day, he trained Frank. Frank would go on to become a more complete fighter than Ken,though.

True frank was an animal off his back for a catch guy. Funaki was good but not many cacc guys showed it

Ken vs otsuka and fujita was most well rounded Ken ever. But it was too late

Ken of 96 beats any frank though. How would frank beat Ken ??
