All different levels of entertaining.
But Twins for me. Arnold/DeVito combo is just too damn good.
Always love the scene where he protects Devito from one of the criminal brothers after him.

Also earlier in the film when the one guy tries to distract him so his buddy can drive by on a motorcycle and steal Arnold’s briefcase. Arnold’s grip is so strong that the dude just falls off the bike onto his back and get knocked out.
The other would-be crook reacts to Arnold, who is good-naturedly checking on the accomplice, with righteous indignation as though he somehow wronged them by thwarting the crime.
“it wasn’t me. The pavement was his enemy!”
