Twins professional training bag

    Anyone use this bag? The description states that it has a "less dense, less resistant filling". How is this for punching? I've never hit a bag that felt less dense and i'm thinking it may be one of those things that just don't "feel" right.

    I used these in Thailand and they're really soft. They're good for kicks (especially with banged up shins) but a little too soft for punches. Just my opinion.

    Yes, they are quite soft, though you could remedy that in a number of ways.

    At my gym, it's often referred to as the "Beginner's Bag".

    The size, weight and Twins name brand make this bag appealing, but even the photo looks like it's "gooshy". Thanks for the input.
