TURTLE POSITION with Jeremy "Gerbil" Arel of Great Grappling

    I had the pleasure of attending a class with Professor Arel at Great Grappling in Fort Mill, SC. He allowed me to film his class and I got a chance to get crushed by him. Jeremy is a great guy, there are a lot of beasts on the mat and everyone was very welcoming. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm around the Charlotte, NC area. It was a fantastic experience and I picked up some new techniques.
