As a European living in Thailand. I can safely walk the streets here for 8 years.
And I have yet to experience any kind of racism outside of Thai people charging me a bit more.

And I know there is a lot of things you can criticize about the EU.

At at the end of the day that's because Thai people have the same values we have in Europe.
