This is the last QF fight, assuming there will be 2 more episodes after this on the 18th and 25th and they will probably both have 2 semi finals fights a piece.

agree with the judges. But he almost blew it in the 1st.

Curious to see the SF match making...

How were you able to watch it? It was supposed to be available on Fight Pass 16 minutes ago, and I still can't see it available.

Yes, I was waiting up until I could watch it on Fight Pass.

I think there are two more episodes. The next one will have two fights (semi finals).

Yeah, that TD attempt was awful.

I think he has good potential. Seems to be brutally strong, he was always calm and his cardio didn't fail him.

I kinda disliked the matches for the semi finals though... I feel like the two matchs that should happen in the finale will take place inside the house.

    Cheers, philbr.

I agree, I would've matched those fights up differently. But they should be entertaining semis actually. Did Pezao look good?

jollyson's strategy (wand team) was to take it to the ground but he wasnt strong enough and wss overpowered by marcos (sonnen team). Marcos was throwing heavy punches and kicks. So jollyson resulted to clinching a lot. They alternated positions on the fence for a little bit and then marcos picked jollyson up and took him down. After a little timid gnp they got up and clinched again. Marcos tryed a guilhotene but jolysson escaped and was on top for a little bit. They stood up again and clinched again. Few seconds left marcos tried ans unecessary takedown and landed below and jollyson mounted him but there was no time to do anything. Second round after marcos landed some hard shots they clinched again and the figh went to the ground again, with marcos on top. He stayed there most of the round with gnp. Jollyson was too tired to do anything. 20-18 and it was over. Thats how i remember it. Hope it helps.

I thought he looked good. Very strong kicks, knees and punches. Solid wrestling, his takedown was awesome. His guilotine was pretty locked on, jollyson did a good job escaping. He needs to word on cardio and he almost blew it on the 1st because of the takedown attemp that resulted in him being mounted by the guy he was trying to take down. His chin hasnt been tested. Promising guy, id say. His fight with shoeface could easily be in the final, id say.

    Cheers!

    Nice one man, good summary.
Ive seen Pezao fight twice before. Once, in SF - Mike Kyle used him as a wrestling dummy so I'm glad to hear his takedown defence has shored up a lot. The second time, he drew with an undefeated MW named Ben Reiter who looks quite the prospect so fair enough.

But he was KO'd by Carlos Eduardo, a Brazilian LHW who recently lost in Bellator but was supposed to be a top new addition to their 205lb division. He's fighting two divisions up, so credit to him, but I think Shoeface will take him out and meet Moreira in the finals....I agree, Shoeface/Miranda and Pezao/Moreira were the fights I would have made and the same goes for the MW semis - I'd have switched them around, too.
