Has something like that ever happened in MMA? I've been skeptical ever since i saw Fedor get randleplexed from 10 feet in the air and be perfectly fine.

Not yet, but I can see it happening. Spiking someone is against the rules according to the NSAC, but that wasn't a spike, but it could be just as dangerous. I think it will happen eventually. Again, I don't care, I like seeing soccer kicks and stomps, etc.
