ok so i have a soda addiction where i drink soda every day, so i been trying to get a six pack i do a lot of cardio, i do swimming and biking. i'm also trying to get stronger for my muay thai and boxing. and their are less food in my house, i've been trying to get more protein but for some reason, i don't get enough protein. i'm also trying to get more muscular. keep in mind that i have an addiction to soda but i drink a lot of water. everytime i see soda anywhere i end up buying one. so i'm like suppose to do a lot of cardio for boxing and muay thai. and i've only been eating like 2 meals a day because their hasn't been much food in my house sometimes even the same meal twice. so i need some advice. and please do not say take supplements because i've had bad experiences with supplements.

lift bro..that burns glycogen

then cardio 1 or 2 hrs later...at least 45 minute session...that burns fat

do that every day...1 rest / cheat day per week

six pack in 3 weeks

i am eating carbs, i've been just eating 2 meals a day because my mom hasn't been bringing much food into the house. i might get a meal plan from a fast food healthy resutruant thats close to me when i have enough money.

does it matter how many meals i eat, i'm also trying to get heavier. but if i have a fight coming up i will cut to down to probably 130 lbs.

Trying to get heavier and get a six pack at the same time don't really go hand in hand. The best way I found to get bigger and get a six pack was to bulk a massive amount I'm talking like 30 pounds. Then you cut back down slowly and you'll have a six pack if you eat and lift heavy. Make sure you lift heavy even with ab workouts. Do them with weights and make sure your going up in weight. It took me nearly two years to do this and I basically made myself fat for a year. Didn't care though I knew the next year I would be fine and I finally cut all the weight off and now I'm ripped and I've got a nice size on me. I want to be a bit bigger though and still keep my abs not sure I'll be able to do it honestly.

what if i get the six pack first then eat more and lift heavy? i'm not in a rush to be heavier if i have to fight in a weight class where i'm taller or have someone who is the same size then i'll fight, i just want to be taken seriously, so thats why i want to get a six pack and so i can take a lot more punches to the top 2 abs.

If you do any form of gaining weight it'll lead to you losing your six pack. If your wanting to be able to take more punches you can still work your core hard and getting stronger in that area. Seeing a six pack doesn't necessarily mean you have a stronger core than someone else whose six pack you can't see. It just means your BF is so low you can see the muscles in your stomach.

well then i'll just stay at my weight and cut down to the 130 lb weight class.

if you wanna get heavier and develop a 6 pack get on that vitamin S bruh

Yes, it does matter how many meals you eat, this will determine your metabolic rate.

Im guessing you are less than 18 years old? Depending on your body type, your diet usually means everything and without exact stats its hard to give any opinion on what you should be doing.

But as a little generic advice, eat everything you can, all the time. Try to avoid sugar and soda where you can, but dont stop yourself from having fun. You arent exactly going to be a UFC superstar overnight are you?

Keep your meals clean and watch the scale weekly and keep an eye on your physique in the mirror. Supplements are a waste of money for you right now, so dont fall for the hype that you need supplement X to get big or ripped, it is 99% related to what you are eating, not a supplement.

It may take a while to get ripped, it may not, your results will be your own and tailored to what your body is capable of doing, dont judge your physique in comparison to anyone else that isnt your body type.

Just keep eating and trainig and results will come

meal plan could work for you..

I'm only telling you my personal experience...but it also depends on your body type.

Im an endomorph...so any carbs kills me...if you're a mesomorph...it'll be easy.

if your an ectomorph..aka skinny motherfucker...a six pack will come easy.

i'm really skinny, but i think i haven't been working on my abs that much, and maybe it has a little bit to do with the fact that i'm eating only 2 meals a day, i'll try to get a meal plan when i get my next pay check.

i still don't know what that is still.
They're talking about steroids which you definitely don't need, especially at your age. Quit drinking soda and read as much as you can about nutrition. Don't worry about whether your abs show or not. Train your core and eat right and you'll probably see them eventually. Lift weights, train hard, go to bed early and sleep as much as possible, and eat a lot of clean, healthy food (oatmeal, organic eggs and meat if you're not a vegetarian, beans, brown rice, fruit, vegetables, peanut butter and nuts, dark chocolate not processed with alkali. Stay away from sugar. Learn the difference between complex and simple carbs. Read The Zone by Barry Sears. Avoid preservatives and high fructose corn syrup and quit drinking soda and eating burger king, taco bell, del taco, mcdonalds... all that fast food is shit!! Don't drink booze either or if you do, keep it to an absolute minimum. It will suppress your T and ruin a lot of training work. Check out Scooby1961 and research as much as you can. How bad do you want it? And don't take drugs..
