This happens quite frequently with North Korea. See Trump's last stint with them. They were enriching uranium weeks after that meeting. Oh, and they're already talking shit about Trump and the US again. Let me know when something meaningful happens.
 
Great achievement by Kim Jong Un. His rule gets much more credibility and spotlight when he can get the US president to come visit him. Especially since things point to that he hasn't stopped his nuclear weapons program, so he hasn't had to give up anything to make this progress. He's played it well.
