Crime Trump Administration Sent Legal Immigrant to Prison in El Salvador

It absolutely is in CA.
someone is in a gang but doesn’t commit or assist others in any crimes, you’re telling me that’s illegal?
What Once again, why do you have such an aversion to seeking the truth on your own? The first was the Baltimore Immigration Court and that decision was affirmed by The Board of Immigration Appeals.
Don’t be fussy.

I looked it up and I got read this from the
Official 2019 filing:

The Respondent provided credible responses to the questions asked. His testimony was internally consistent, externally consistent with his asylum application and other documents, and appeared free of embellishment. Further, he provided substantial documentation buttressing his claims. Included in this evidence were several affidavits from family members. ... The court finds the Respondent credible”

The 2019 judge never said he was a gang member in so far as I’ve found. The kid and his family were being shook down and threatened by a gang.

Getting my shop destroyed by a bunch of Italian mafia members doesn’t make me Tony Soprano.

Why not slap some tariffs on El Salvador to induce his return?

That is a brilliant idea, but don't think it works in practice because the murderous, child raping terrorist they are exporting are worthless trash. Can't get much tariff revenue off of that, but I like your thinking.

Being found guilty of a crime is actually necessary for imprisonment. Charges, trial, conviction. But you and all the other fascist turds are reaching for that glorious crescendo where due process ceases to exist and you can just lock up anyone you want. You're the bad guys.

But tariffs aren't for revenue remember. We slapped them on Canada and Mexico for drugs. Why would tariffs be the policy there but not when seeking the return of an American resident whose rights are being violated?

And what murderous child rapists are we seeking the return of here?

Also, yes participating in a gang is a crime by itself, even a felony. If you actually commit or assist in crimes with that gang penalties are amplified. The definition of a gang is also pretty easy, it only takes 3 people. This is California, if you have ever listened to rap music you might know gangs are a problem here.

How are we supposed to know anything if there's no trial lol

The person who is the subject of this thread... remind me again what he was charged with? (keeping in mind he is now serving a de facto life sentence in a gulag)
Are you serious? Does Google not exist in fantasy land or is it just a complete lack of brain activity? He was charged as being an inadmissible alien under 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(6)(A)(i),

He wasn't actually charged, and he certainly wasn't found guilty. That's why the government admitted their mistake.
Haha, I almost feel bad because you are clearly retarded, but I literally just posted the official court document with the judge's decision on this absolute piece of trash's request for bond on those charges.

He's not trash, he's an innocent man. There is no evidence whatsoever that any of the accusations are true, hence why the government admitted it was a mistake to throw out his due process and then throw him in a prison in El Salvador

The mistake was they didn't resolve the protection order ( why is he scared of gangs back home if he has nothing to do with gangs?). So they want his admin to process the deportation properly, even if he does come back they will deport him ensuring the protection order is dissolved, which they can do associating him with his gang, who are labeled terrorist.

Losers supporting this administration, just know you're a bigger traitor than you may realize. You've allowed what the constitution and core tenement of what America is supposed to be, turning it into something this administration may or may not consider like a suggestion.

"we're looking at it" with a creepy smile on her face says it all

Looks like one Republican had enough but it's funny they find their soul after leaving office.

This guy was found to be an MS13 gang member... by 2 different judges, 2 different courts and is an El Salvadorean citizen. One judge could've made a mistake, but chance is low. Two different judges coming to the same conclusion means chances are very high that he is an MS13 gang member.

More judges doesn't mean more better. Do you know how many innocent prisoners have lost repeated appeals before exoneration?
This also doesn’t seem to be quite true.

“The allegation seems to stem from double hearsay in a document authored by a later suspended police detective.”

Wait wait wait

Are we not accepting hearsay now?

Has the guy been released yet or is the President of El Salvador still Alpha-ing Trump and not releasing him after being asked. This is what happens when you elect an old man as President, even small South American Countries won’t listen to an old US President who asks for a person to be released. It’s a really bad look for Trump to be saying I ask and El Salvador said no. Makes Trump look even more old and feeble.

Is this a reference to Trump’s first impeachment, yet another time in recent history when you guys didn’t understand how things work and we had to explain it to you like you’re 5?
