I feel you on that, but the reason I mentioned it is because people are trying to act like these are just innocent young patriots and the sign had no element of race to it. But right down the road in the neighboring community you have kids the same age doing a Nazi salute in the same week. There's obviously growing racial tensions in young people, it's always existed but the youth has usually been the most tolerant.

The link above is a similar incident. A white school official apologizes to the black school when the white student section turned their backs to the black team being announced. Despite the fact that the white school does this for every opponent. The only difference is the Trump/Pence sign. School officials apologized saying that was out of line.

It's gonna get to the point where the white kids can't cheer the same way against the black teams. Cause it's racist.
