It depends by what what you mean by strength...Grappling strength? Perhaps since most sherdoggers don't grapple but 6 months of training and we will destroy her......Bench press? Most sherdoggers would destroy her.......Squats/Deadlifts? Most sherdoggers would beat her.

I saw Rogan's kick...it was stronger than GSPs...I doubt GSP has improved it enough to beat Rogan.

I mean raw powerlift/strong(wo)man strength.

Even though most trained adult men will be stronger without a doubt.. we have a huge part of Sherdoggers being teenager or just fat and weak. If that is more than 50% the statement is true.
