Trivial things people should go to jail for

2. When your holding the door open so a person could grab the door before it closes.....and that person just walks through instead of grabbing hold of the door.

3. Complaining about men going in to the girls bathroom when its a single persons bathroom.

4. Small children who stare at you for long periods of time and are unfazed when you scowl at them.

5. Changing the interface of a frequently used Website so drastically that people can no longer navigate it by instinct.

Unless the website was changed to another language, I feel anyone under the age of 50 with no mental or physical handicap who's unable to navigate a recently updated website should be tossed in the slammer. That is to say I feel stupidity should be a crime.
