You would either have a physical, mental, or emotional handicap if that was your job assuming you're an adult and not doing it as a temporary thing. You'd have less money to entertain her with and not very many vacation days. You'd come from two very different worlds so you wouldn't have anything in common. Basically, you wouldn't meet her in the first place and it would fizzle out if you did. The only way it would temporarily work out is if you had a living situation in which you paid little to nothing for bills so your meager wages would be equal to someone making double/triple.
