From your name, it sounds like you are a college wrestler.
I think you'd do great if you first cleaned up your diet (this section of Sherdog), got on a good strength training regimen (Strength and Power Discussion), a good off-season conditioning program (Conditioning Discussion) and then see how your gains were on that in terms of size strength and athleticism.
Then start thinking about supplements after. For now, you should get a Multivitamin, a Fish Oil supplement, and possibly ZMA.
