Any mod who knows me knows I would never be a good one lol. Mostly because I not moderate anything unless it was really obvious shouting of the N word or deleting porn ban posts LOL.

I come here to chill and shitpost. Being in charge of discipline is thankless and the least fun part of anything. I already get shit from work for not disciplining my team enough or finding reasons not to write them up. If its really bad, i Half the time i just call HR and say "deal with this" lol.....unless they are constantly late or display pattern absenteeism. Fuck I turn into the fuhrer if you are always late or calling in sick when the team needs you
