Treadmill vs. the road

I don't think anyone has said "treadmills have no effect" or whatever, but it's pretty obvious that running outside (running, for real) is superior than on a machine. It was said earlier that one could run barefoot on a treadmill if you owned your own. I never really thought about going barefoot on a treadmill - my question is why would it matter if it was the gym's treadmill?

Because, I would assume most commercial gyms would have some policy regarding proper shoes be worn at all times. Also, I know my treadmill is clean, I could only imagine what kind of crap ends up on treadmills in gyms.

Yeah the only time they are really good is when yuo have the option of running in two meters of snow or tread mill.

The heat and humidity is an important FREE plus to real fighters. It is what makes the air conditioned crowd vomit when they try to run in the Tropics.

On the chart, what does the time for under the column "Flat Road Pace"

BTW My treadmill has a manuel incline and a top speed of 5 mph, = /
