Training with injuries

Doctor: "Well, the good news is that it's not ringworm or MRSA."

Grappler: "So what's the bad news?"

Doctor: "It's smallpox. Get the fuck away from me and never set foot in this office again."

I'm currently nursing:

1. ligament sprain of the R 4th digit of my hand

2. bony contusion of my R distal clavicle

3. bony contusion of my L proximal radius

Yes, I'm basically always injured. Right now I have a broken ring finger and I broke my small toe, again. Those are minor things though, what really bothers me is tendonitis in both elbows.

Same as a lot of people in that I usually have something going on. Most of my injuries are from sports before BJJ but right now I have a back strain from rolling last night and a sore neck.
Regular injuries I have to nurse include a bad left shoulder ( had surgery ), ocassional sore left knee, wrist, and elbow . I mostly work through it but im hopeful things don't get much worse.
